Henry Wayne Monk is the twice failed owner of Monk Memorials an actual brick and mortar buildng that used to be located in the same spot on Gallatin road in Nashville, TN where the current Auto Zone building is or at least use to be but it appears that it is closed or moved . His office used to be across from Hackney's used cars and next to the current gyros place beside the current McDonald's. In order to restart his business he stole all of my websites images and started his business again under the name www.Monkmemorials.com and worked from a duplex located at 1005 Delmas Avenue. He also used to work for another local monument company prior to opening his own business but was fired for many of the same reasons that I should have never hired him. You will find him in the gutter and he will nickel and dime you and talk so smoothly in order to get you to give him an entry but afterwards if there is anything you got that he wants to take over then look out. Non of your benevolence that you show him will be appreciated in the end. He has siblings that wouldn't attend his funeral because of the rift he has caused in their family. I used to listen to him and his brother argue to the point of fighting about his selfishness and actions but still gave him the benefit of the doubt.

I appears that the website www.bustathief.com has stopped accepting post since they could not verify which ones were true and which ones were slander. In this case I have the original one that was posted and will post it later and the facts to prove that this post that came from a ex-client of mine that he stole through information after working from me is true as well as some other posts. Because he was angry that I discovered that he was stealing from me he spearheaded these attacks against my business and had reporters calling me from Seattle, Alabama and other places. All of which i responded too openly about my affairs and plans to catch up. Wendy Hollaran has a recorded phone interview I gave her in response to his allegations. The allegations were that I was taking advantage of grieving families which he knew was slander but proceeded anyway. To make matters worse for clients that were delayed from my strain, he convinced them to reorder through his now new company of www.monkmemorials.com assuring them that he was working with the State Attorney General's office to help get backorders out. After accussing me and getting the media, the BBB, the State of TN and reporters to agree with him on no merit other than the fact that he was white and angry with me who am black, he got the payments and did exactly what he was saying I had done but actually had not. He had no work area, no tools, no experience to design tombstones but was entrusted to do so and in several instances did not from orders according to court papers that were over $7,000 for one families purchase. After I found out that he had confirmed my suspicions I called him and asked him if he had called the I_reporter Wendy Hollaran to update her on how his business was going and to let her know that he after saying I was in the wrong took money from old customers and new customer with no plans on completing these orders. I asked him what his excuse was and he hung up the phone. I will explain later how he got to be charged with me and why and it was not because he and I were partners as the media has kindly lied for on behalf of the State of TN ( Meredith DeVault -Senior Counsel of the Consumer Affairs Division).

Also, he was the subject in the mid 90's for fraud investigated by Michael Turko with the Turko Files. He was arrested for solicitaton of a prostitute and Mr. Hackney who used to own Hackney's used cars and other businesses around him at the time his office was on Gallatin road were outraged about the type of people who he let sleep of his property because they felt it was bringing their business down and posed potential threats to them and their clients. His reply was it is not who they are it's what they do when referring to prostitutes. He has no wife, no kids, no girlfriend and love for anyone but himself as stated from his own brother Steve Monk. I have receipts from where I bent over backwards helping him in his severe diabetic state but if you give him an inch he wants to take a mile. God bless him for the evil he has done to me and may God repay him according to the intent of his heart.
Many of you ask me why he is never shown on the news cast and that is a question you should direct to the news stations and Meredith DeVault with the consumer affairs division who through their investigation of him after he broke trust with them by becoming the crook I said he was. The last newscast right when Meredith DeVault began to speak she said, " well I hope those two get it together", there was a moment she could have told the truth but instead she looked the viewing audience right in the face and lied direclty to the public by saying that Henry Wayne Monk and I were co-partners. They have a picture or then again maybe they don't since prior to customers filing reports on him he was their informant and go to guy against me and had they investigated him based on facts and not let him slide based on his color then some damage would have been prevented but this is the course of racism. He had no material on site, no real office, pictures off my website but that never triggered to them that he was a thief since they knew the pictures were from my website but it was okay for him to steal them since he was white and at the time thetimeframe for customers orders he was to do hadn't came around yet but when it did they scrambled and said well let's just say to the Public that they were partners and worked together instead of facing the facts that they were wrong about me and that I was right about Henry Wayne Monk.
The local news media is racially biased towards blacks and can not say that they did not know about this because I emailed them and also made Meredith DeVault, Nathan Casey, John Smith III who is now retired all who work(ed) in the consumer affairs division and State Attorney Generals office aware of this even though I knew they already knew from customers filing complaints on him. Had he went off and done what he was suppossed to do the powers that be would not have cared that he was using stolen pictures from my website and other companies and would have endorsed him. How did he come to the conclusion that he could falsify to customers that he was working with the State AG's office. Here's how, because this case is about race and him being white he had a free pass of believability and when he turned out to be the scoundrel I said they had to cover their buts by falsely reporting through the media to the public that he and I now all of a sudden were partners.
Prior to his exposure from clients there are no court papers naming him with me, just me, He never attended any of the meeting with me, probably never has had to come to court or give a deposition or anything, so after he was thrown into the case later on the Judge Barbabra Haynes (the wife of Senator Joe Haynes who will need your hispanic and black votes for re-election) I believe, sent me court documents stating that the case was one of complexity, instead of her hearing the matter she just sided with the State and put him on the ticket with me and allowed my Attorney Karl D. Warden to sandbag me into a judgement that I had no idea about because Attorney Karl D. Warden had one of those good ole boy meetings and they decided that since there was no immediate money to be gotten just put the two together in spite of the facts and get it off her docket. Think about this. I went to court before her several times without an Attorney so why in the world would I not want to go when I have one that was paid a modest $2,500.00 who did absolutely nothing on my behalf except hand me a receipt. Nashville citizens deserve better and all this lying should not be tolerated by its citizens. I propose that any sponsor shown during news hours should be avoided because and the BBB, people if you think the BBB is for you wait until you see the report that I will post under the BBB link. Old racist organizations just change names but the tactics are still the same and done on a systematic level with your member fees and tax dollars. This case was actually really simple but The BBB the Consumer Affairs and Media to justify thier existence made it hard. Simple as breach of contracts that were brought on due to the same ripple effects other agency's including the State has had to make due to as the media calls it on thier behalf economic shortfall.
Judge Barbara Haynes did not give me a fair course and I was warned by an Attorney concerning her but did not think that someone who sat on the board of a prestigious children's hospital could allow the rights that she is sworn to protect allow this type of discrimination to go on in her courtroom in this era. Beware!! Beware!! It never ceases to amaze me athow we are so hypocritical to fend for children but boy when they become adults we treat them like crap deny them their constitutional rights, hearings and other benefits of our democracy and then call it due process because you had a court date. Their are three sides to every story. The Plantiff's - The Defendants and the Truth and if judges are allowed to become pimped by money then every person reading this is in for pure hell that will be paid for by the tax payer dollars. Should justice be for sale in Nashville? Don't fool yourself it is and the people who are elected and sworn into office will view you as their customer and nothing else. Their god is the Green god of money and in many cases the facts of the case never get heard from both sides for the judge to make a fair ruling. Start recordiing, documenting your cases and then youtube then so others can see what's going on.

It is suspended because me and a few other companies emailed his hosting company and informed them that he was operating with our images so they respected our concerns and pulled the plug on him. However, I saved a copy of every page which will show you how he basically cloned my old website and added his name MONKMEMORIALS to the top and presto he was in business and the State of TN, the BBB, the local news media never thought twice about the fact that his content looked like mine except the name and layout looks.
