This page will need to be updated in the area of which orders have been shipped and which ones still remain but will also contain the statuspage, letter emailed to clients and other information. Everyone wants patience until it is their turn to show it. All my clients had to do was be patient but the bad press, bad press from Henry Wayne Monk and other agencies escalated false reactions not based on the truth but for the sake of an untruthful story about me and my business efforts. None of these complaints are about quality from the hundreds of satisfied customers but because I got behind due to documented reasons the clients instead of trusting me through it they believed the hype. No one spends money on upgrades, materials and repairs except for plans to expand. Some after they recognized that I was right called me to express their apologies, especially after they repaid Henry Wayne Monk who said he could redo it for them only to find out what I found out. He is a fraud. Keep in mind tombstones take time and have to comply with cemetery rules in many areas and in some of those northern areas they are only allowed in the spring and summer due to weather issues so in some cases when they were done the order still had to be held over until spring or summer and of course I had no way of knowing how things we be months after an order is done. I paid the same outrageous gas prices as othr businesses and the recession affected my business like it did every other busines and probably more so since I was a single owner expensing everything from business. So the things that led up to delays happened over a period of time and not all at once were these orders taken.

Upgrades included, complete Box in, Chain Hoist to Lift Stones, Rollers to roll stone on. New 2000 lbs hand truck, propane heating unit and other necessary tools that had to be replaced due to a break in back in April.
