When I meet him I will tell him the derogatory things that John Smith III said about him. I will post later the incidents that led up to John Smith's III comments. 

Attorney General Cooper if you read this. I just want you to know that I respect your position but the case of Jones Memorials vs State of TN has been twisted to you. I ask that you speak with me to see the evidence and then make your own decision and not one that is based on the prejudices of constituents. Every citizen should have a fair hearing, trial, representation and chance to present evidence. If you check the transcripts of civil court you will conclude that I have had court dates but meaningful declaration of facts on my own behalf were denied and then the final judgement was filed falsely on my behalf by my then Attorney Karl D. Warden. My phone records will bear record of this. When you allow this type of legal distortion to go on it can not be good for the State. You know how to get in touch with me.
