We ordered a marker from this business back in November,2006. It was said to be delivered but who knows where because it didn't go to the funeral home we requested it be sent to. They couldn't read their shipping label when we inquired about its whereabouts. They said they would replace the stone in March and send it to our home address. It is now October and we have received no stone or reimbursement from this business. We have turned them over to the better business bureau and they were unable to contact them. They don't answer email and their voice mail box is to full to accept anymore phone messages. I am not pleased and would not recommend them to anyone.

Truth from Marcus D. Jones

This report is from Vickie Harris from Arkansas who ordered a 16 x 8 x 4 grey granite flat marker. I did this order and shipped it to the address she gave me via fed ex, which was to Jones Funeral home in Florida if I recall correctly. According to the tracking # and fed ex it was delivered fine. Once she notified me that for some odd reason they said they had not gotten it, I bit the bullet and re-did another one at no expense to her. The one that was re-done is still there on the lot with the name Prelo Harris on it. I will post picture of it later on. This order not being shipped was due to all the other issues that began to cripple business and therefore lack of funding. So once again, scam no way, but not yet delivered yes. I wonder how things would have gone had the media done something noble like say even in tough times a local monument company is struggling and could use your help. I had plenty of excess material that could have been sold to recapitalize money wise which would have allowed me to pull through the recession. Oh well its too late now or is it? So yours is still here and if you want it you can let the AG know that you want it because I am not suppossed to contact prior clients per the injunction.

Sincerely,

Marcus D. Jones
